1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our site at HintsTopPro.digital, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Services, Info Products, and Goods

2.1 Services

We offer personalized consultation, on-site visits, and virtual sessions covering top pro home tips. Service details are listed on our site and in any proposal provided.

2.2 Info Products

Our info products include digital guides, video tutorials, and online courses created by expert home improvement specialists.

2.3 Goods

We may sell branded tools, accessories, and printed guides related to home improvement.

3. Payment and Billing

All fees are quoted in CAD. You agree to pay the specified amount prior to delivery of any service, info product, or good. We accept methods listed at checkout.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Services

To request a refund of funds or reschedule a service, contact us promptly. If cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, a full refund of funds will be issued via the original payment method. If you cancel within 48 hours, a 50% refund of funds applies. Late cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for a refund of funds but may be rescheduled once within 30 days.

4.2 Info Products

Info products may be tested for 14 days from purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund of funds by contacting us within this period. Upon approval, a full refund of funds will be issued, and access to the product will be revoked.

4.3 Goods

Physical goods may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in their original condition for a refund of funds. Shipping costs for sending back the item are the responsibility of the purchaser. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund of funds using the original payment method within 7 business days.

5. Rescheduling Policy

Services that allow rescheduling must be booked at least 24 hours in advance through our contact form. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.
